well, thanks author for creating this masterpiece... but I don't why, I just find there's smth missing about the ending, it left me unsatisfied... I really enjoyed this novel, and I hope in the future you will continue it even if it is for one chapter a month... Thanks again, I think I will go see your other novel, and I hope the romance their or the story won't disappoint me like this... I'm always picky about romance...
To me, the 'unsatosfaction' you mention is the point. While I am as in just as much turmoil as you, this is probably one of the best endings there could have been. Matthew represented what he believed in, through-and-through, and for that he paid the price. It leaves us, the readers, to imagine how the rest will go. What happens next? The Agency? The fleeting connections Matthew made? It just goes on and on. And because nothing can last forever, the way it ended was close to perfect in my mind. Would I be satisfied with being given the answers? Would quenching this thirst to just know a few words more satisfy me? Or is this dying need to have a fuller conclusion, that feeling tearing me inside, that is truly the satisfaction Guilty had left us with? That's my little introspection, at least. It's why I loved the ending of The Legendary Mechanic. I don't think every story should end as such, but Guilty made it feel right. But ignore me, I just wanted to flesh out my feelings~
A sad ending for Mat. it's understandable as you (author) the book isn't getting much attention. however this was an incredible story arguably better than shadow slave. maybe only advantage of shadow slave is the comedy which you don't find it in this novel for example the only reason I found out of shadow slave was that it was recommended. by web novel so I steamrolled though the book. clearly from what I see it's climbing the ranks quickly. p.s guilty3 before I found shadow slave I had 800ish coins. (I bought these coins last year). Now I have less than 200 all in the last 2-3 weeks
i loved this novel so much. Thank you for writing it! love novels where no one is painted as evil, just both sides having sad circumstances. Wish it wouldnt end, but I understand. This novel will now always have a special place in my heart. just wanted to say how talented you are as a writer, making me feel these things, haha.
I came here because Shadow Slave is one of my favourites and so well written, and this was truly a masterpiece but I have to admit that although an amazing ending itself I still find myself curious as to the significance of the golden pyramid and that question, additionally I really wanted to believe that Matt was the wraith that was immune to the disease but the ending was still masterfully created and I’ll just go on being sad that we’ll never see a world where wraiths are cured.
