Thanks for the kind words. I'm not really active on WN anymore. I check back once in a while but I kinda lost interest in the over the top stories. I'm writing an urban fantasy based on Romani culture but I'll probably post that over on Royal road. I was really excited about the narcotrafficker story. It had system elements in it. But I just couldn't figure out how to go about the system part of it. The only thing I could think of was maintaining an excel sheet with the stats which immediately killed my interest.

Shame this took an early Ba'ath. Critics should stick to literary criticism. The religious/political bias is better channelled into constructive effort where they live. There is no shame in throwing stones from the shadows it seems. I'd like to thank the author for trying and hope they pick it up again. At least it is a story I can read without hitting a paywall I can't access by PC.
