Thanks for the chapter! I was worried about ya for a second there. Hope everything goes well. As a note, all souls used from soul gems enter through the Soul Cairn including white souls. If going with the vampire option is the best choice then the cure will be equally difficult. Since Molag Bal has dominion over the species getting a soul returned would require equal level backing.
Also remembered that as far as building a plane of Oblivion needs alot of power and certain secrets that only Daedra are privy to but Mehrunes Dagon was kind enough to write it down. That surviving page of the Mysterium Xarxes might be a big help. You know if you can ignore the self praise and bs-ing he wrote along with the knowledge of crafting a pocket of Oblivion.
Thanks for the chapter though I have to disagree with the reasoning. I always found it weird that vampirism or lycantrophy could be cured. After all you are giving your soul to the respective daedric prince as far as I know and they aren't known for giving anything back. So didn't he just give his entire soul instead of half?
Study it and then cure yourself and then do the same as a werewolf. Should be able to make some great improvements to yourself and the restored. Don't be too greedy though as long as you are a vampire/werewolf Molag Bal/Hircine (normally) get your soul if you die. You really don't want that to happen.
Have any of the Skilled lost their souls to any Daedric Prince? Or whoever set the "game" took care of them? Can a Skilled soul even handle 2 of a God's boon/curse(vampirism and lycanthrope) ? Also where's the Wolf or probably the Bear SKilled? Imagine the Lycanthrope Skilled started in Solstheim and unifying his new pack as the Alpha or just living humbly in a hut skinning horkers.
