Sooo ungrateful. Many people can only wonder what it's like to be so fortunate. If nothing else - to be adopted...to be adopted into the Smiths...to be adopted into the Smiths by Ian - who at the time was head of the family and business. All she really had to do was attend university, be pampered by the entire family (she was the only daughter), act accordingly, and wait for the advantageous married into another influential marriage...BUT NO - none of this was good enough for Yvonne.
