Hmm there is a possibility for Moka do do a 5-head play here. Dooku is disatisfied with the order and wants to leave, Qui-Gon Jinn was Dooku’s padawan and now has left the order to start an alternative force training school in Kahlua, Moka could steal Dooku make him the same offer as Qui-Gon and invite him to teach with his former Padawan. That would beba huge hit to Palpatine’s plans. Moka would not only have the chosen one safely on Kahlua being trained properly and not forming attachments with Padme, he would also remove Palpatine’s most effective chess piece. Dooku is the Count of Serenno, immensely wealthy, an experienced leader and charismatic. Not only that, but Dooku is a lightsaber master and Moka could learn from him. Stealing Dooku would completely ruin Palpatines plans, with no one as competent and charismatic to lead the seperatists and the Republic being corrupt and incompetent, Moka keeps both enemies weak while being able to become much stronger.
