I really like the way that resolved. This way there is no stupid love triangle thing going on, and the unrequited love is solved(not really solved, but it is dealt with enough that it should fade) quickly. Honestly, unrequited love and love triangles are two of the things I hate most when I read anything with romance, so I'm glad this didn't drag out too long.
