That was savage. It's akin to someone with a reputation for being wise creating a superficial riddle; only for millions to fawn over its greatness, and search for its meaning. When in-fact, the riddle has no depth or sophisticated meaning whatsoever. Yet everyone will believe it has, even if the creator himself/herself were to say otherwise.

The King who's spies seem to be dying off seems to be well versed with MCs mom & internal politics of the Academy - it seems he belongs to the Confederation rather than the Empire 🤔 Like the politics part of the story so far, but still waiting to read up on why MC is deemed too dangerous - it can't be only due to his Mom 🤔 P.S - The mind reading shenanigans are awesome 😂
His mother is the one I am the most curious about. Typically, only our protagonist stands out in his or her family, at least from my experiences in reading fiction. But, it seems that his mother is also a special existence. But it's still early on in the story, I wonder how great his mother is in the grand scheme of things. Adrian claims that none can match him in knowledge, which means that his mother doesn't rival him in the ability to acquire knowledge. How great is she? Is she a demon, too?
