what's the point of having a mc at all. he only acted visibly once in who knows how many chapters. and what does him getting all those jutsus and kekei genkai matter when we aren't gonna see him use less 1% of them? those "rewards" probably won't even be spoken of again.

Why do people think gaining the Rinnegan is as simple as having the Sharingan and leveling it up, there are factors in it for the person to gain it, seeing how Sasuke only had his left eye as the rinnegan because he only had half of what he needed to have both eyes.
