Cyan City Jessica is totally Terran anime Team Rocket Jesse. Voluminous magenta hair, blue eyes, overall pretty attractive, she even has an Ekans. She just might not have any relation to Terran Team Rocket if it even exists. … Heck! Do I write "Terran" as "Terran" or "terran"?!
