Question unrelated to the content of this particular chapter. I just thought that I can ask about it so here I go. When two pokemon breed I know that the potential of the offspring can be within -2 and +1 grades or something like that to the average potential between parents. Dam, I didn't keep that chapter open for future reference. I have so flippin many pages open for reference. Anyway, what I wanted to ask is whether that average potential between parents is counted from their current achieved potential, the potential they hatched with, the original potential they settled on in the egg or something in between any of those?
