Honestly I think he went too wild with perks and traits. He should have focused on eliminating bad traits, and get few good things. I mean alcohol and cigarette addiction isn't necessarily bad, since like you said it's op world. But illogical fears and such are pretty bad. And there was just tons of stuff that isn't needed. I mean D physique and something like expert swordman alone would potentially make you one of the strongest people around in future. But this guy just has looong~ list of items and skills. Kinda convoluted and unnecessary.

Can you capitalize the first letters of each sentence? It is kinda a pet peeve of mine.

A nice chapter. Would've like to see how much each perks cost. You could've just put whatever perk down and we wouldn't know if he had the points for it or not.
