I wonder if there will be a concept of slavery. I would prefer it since they play a key role in development although at the cost of their lives.

Do skilled people have any value or can they use their ‘SKILLS’ when they are working in the field or in the ships( although commoners can work in fields but at a steep cost). To abolish slavery, he needs to manufacture many instuments like steam engine ships or harvesting machines.
