My Opinion? Dont make it OP or even that Good at all, He should focus more on control of his quirk and ways to get around it instead of always thinking of trying to fight every villain. Why? Because getting a MC with overpowered quirks or even good quirks can just end the FF fast bc lots of authors just use "Time skips" or even training and then out of no where the MC beats all might and all for one in like 6 chapters. Quirks dont have to be a Rinnegan/ JOJO powers in MHA. Like cmon we have washy washy and a fashion designer in top 10 and every author thinks of trying to make their mc be OP with broken quirks. I cant really give you my quirk idea bc i dont have one on the spot but if you want some great ideas just search up "My hero fan made quirks" and their should be a pinterest with tons of unique quirks that arent that op and are interesting

the mc should have way too much plot armor as his quirk, maybe he gets kidnapped by afo and instead of taking his quirk he accidentally dumps all of his quirks on him and teleports him to safety or during the entrance exam a bunch of random heroes recommend him on accident and he doesn't have to take it
