I really don’t want Shisui to be chosen by Madara. I think they’d pick a random arrogant Uchiha and not Shisui. Shisui would be very hard to brainwash. Canon Obito could be manipulated because of using Rin. Shisui doesn’t have that trigger. Also, Shisui is MUCH more intelligent and talented than Obito. I think he’d see through the manipulation. Obito sucked so much, it took him years of training by himself to get even as half skilled as Kakashi. Plus, he was the dead last. His personality is much more explosive. Remember his arguing with Kakashi non-stop? Shisui is shown to be jovial, loving, and very dedicated and joking. I just don’t see manipulation happening there.
