I think Vijay should've waited to create a New national capital as he hasn't taken control of the entire Indian-Subcontinent. Delhi is the National Capital due to the advantages of its location & mythical association with Indraprastha. A perennial river like Yamuna & also being strategically closer to Kandhar, Lhasa, Dhaka, Sindh etc. I think it would've been better if Vijay opted for a River-Linking project & Water Management projects for entire Dakshin-Bharat Empire. This should've led to the 3 Perennial Rivers in Southern-Bharat to get interlinked to each & other Non-Perennial Rivers & major Lakes that are both Natural & Man-Made. This River-linking project should've been a herculean task but due to the Slave- prisoners, Bharat-Empire should've been able to accomplish it. Roman-Cement technology should've been used to create different Canals & Lakes. Initially no-one should understand the scope of this project but when the project gets completed & the Rivers start overflowing with their Warer getting diverted to Huge Lakes by long Canals it should've led to Deccan Region becoming a centre for Agriculture & Evergreen Forests. When Vijay should've created the Akhand Bharat Empire ranging from Balochistan to Myanmar & from Tajikistan to Sri-Lanka, he should've opted to the above approach resulting it:- (1) River-linking of Yamuna, Sutlej & Ghaggar-Hakra (Saraswati) leading to revival of Saraswati through Dams & Canals (2) Multiple Lakes in Desert Regions of Sindh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab & Balochistan to retain Water for Irrigation & other usages. (3) Further Canals to divert Water from North in the Monsoon Seasons to South & West by Canals. Initially this boosted Agriculture but eventually the entire Thar Desert should've become a Grassland with main predators being Asiatic Lion & Cheetah. In 21st Century, Emperor Vijay should be seen & accepted as the 10th incarnation of Vishnu that was able to pull the decaying Bharatiya Civilization to a Golden Area not only in terms of Military, Trade or Monuments but due to:- (1) Promotion of Equality & Reforms (2) Eradicating the threats of Drought & Hunger by River-interlinking (3) Connecting the Nation with Road & Water Networks (4) Greening the Deserts & bringing back the Goddess Saraswati back to Earth in India.
According to the story, Vijay was from ISRO not PWD đ why is he so fixated on buildings ? industrialization should be his dream as a scientist not a new capital. the scientific method and mindset was the first step for it. this separated superstition from actual fact based thinking, spreading this should be Vijay's top most priority. because no matter how many schools you make, it will be useless if no new freethinkers arise. (this will go against superstitions and tradition so it may itch the right wing the wrong way ) . it's in the 1650s so such thinking started in Europe around the same time . the 'i think therefore I am ' started in 1600s as well.on another note atleast wait for steel to be produced before making big projects. if you know you will have a wonder material for buildings soon, why not wait ?
