you need to explain how you can use it though its not like you can just find a scroll on the flying thundergod lie around in the library. its a shinobi village if you suddenly use an s rank forbidden jutsu that can only be found in the scroll of seals and maybe the yondaimes private seal protected library you are going to be regarded as a spy, traitor or any other thing and a kill on sight order being issued wouldn't surprise me.

The fox clan's special ability is transformation jutsu huh?Isn't that what every ninja could do?And ninjas could transform into anything,from a pebble to a fuma shuriken like naruto did in their fight against Zabuza.There is no blood required.If you have sufficient mastery of transformation jutsu even jounins will have a hard time distinguishing it.So I don't understand why the fox clan's special ability is well ...special at all.Its just basic transformation jutsu with the condition of licking the targets blood which makes it even more useless since who will let someone lick their blood.Its the most useless ability.🤮
