I have a question, author. From what I understand, a "mana contract" is a written agreement between multiple parties upon certain conditions, that if broken by one of the parties, they die due to their mana "running wild", leading to explode in the most horrendous way to go out. From what I understand, a mana contract creates a link between individuals, meaning that Angelica knows he's alive, and thus his mercenary group as well. Here's what I'm curious about: what is the extent of the connection created upon signing a mana contract (Is it limited to knowing the vague "alive or dead" status or can it be used to trace the mana back to a location, more detailed physical condition... etc) and wouldn't it have been possible for Smallsnake to send an anonymous message informing them of Ren's survival, even if they don't believe it?
