Actually I think that your writing is very good, especially at this stage of your writing career. The biggest complaint that I would have would be the spelling errors, if you are not sure of the spelling and are sounding it out while spelling, jot it down on a piece of paper so that you don't break your flow, then come back at the end of the session and run it through a spell-check or do a search on it, then go back and correct it in the story. Another thing would be to run each chapter through a spell / grammar checker before posting, this will catch most mistakes and make the finished chapter look more professional. Kep up the good work and KEEP ON WRITIN!
sorry auth but I think you have got something wrong. you are doing some amazing work, especially in the characters. take your version of himiko for example, 2-3 chapters into her introduction and she fits. not just into the group that you have built, but the story so far as well. the king's interactions with Oliver should be kinda awkward... he's their boss and could make them all drink through straws for the rest of their lives if he was so inclined. personally this style of somewhat forced plot points are way better than some magic prophecy (so very very overused). also a thing to keep in mind is most people are reading your work because they enjoy it and those who are content are so much less vocal while those who hate it should be less vocal and move on. all in all your doing a great job. better than most of us keyboard warriors. so keep it up and just enjoy your own process of writing.
No worries, Author! You're doing just fine with the story and I honestly look forward to reading more of your chapters! Also, I can't help but imagine if there will be something like a gang war between The Kings and some other criminal organization/s in the underworld. Maybe a fight with the Shie Hassaikai in the future perhaps? Perhaps due to Oliver's desire to help some people in need, he would even fight Overhaul and the Eight Bullets in order to save Eri? Well, anyway, your fanfic rocks and we hope to see more soon!
