Comments of chapter undefined of Reincarnated as an Energy with a System

Dont6get me wrong, I'm loving this story but why does he want to help thos people so much since he isnt obligated too? I understand he needs to kill the demon to cross the ocean but he doesn't even say it is because he will have to cross the ocean at some point but only to help the tribe he is on the island with. I'm just not sure why he has to take it upon himself to help these people who have nothing to do with him whether they are indirectly or directly helping him obtain energy. I still like the story, thanks for the Chapter.
