Flesh golems? Even with slowed time they are quite costly. Necromancy really wasn't Azur'rah forte: Skeleton golems and constructs would be much more durable, less costly to maintain and easier to create. Yes, they can make some insignificant weaklings tremble better than skeleton ones, but they are not much of a problem anyway. It's just efficiency.
