You really need to fix passage of time. You mention that mc was already 1 when he showed up at Oak's, but he is still the same age as Gary and Ash? 3 years to hatch an egg is also way too long, incubators exist for a reason. It's also confusing which verse he is in. You say he's in anime verse, but mention red blue yellow games, and other things that aren't anime canon.

I may be wrong, but ins't project mewtwo supossed to be a secret? How the MC knows that ins't starded yet??
