Doesnt make any sense. The CEO of the company just quitely agreed to sell all his shares for a fixed price along with any shares he has in other companies and then was given the money in cash right there and then? Any CEO including a dumb one would never agree to just resign and sell all his shares for a fixed price that wasnt even negotiated. Author should have included a valid reason for this unrealistic behavior such as the chairman holding his family hostage. Just some kind of leverage that would have forced the MC to agree to their demands.
Not sure about the mechanisms, but they can ve forced to resign. Even sell shares. Share dilution into scrap paper is one of the more common ways. There can be a 'round' of financing forcing him to infuse more into the company to keep shares. We already know he wasnt keen on money, implying he was careless about his shares. His company may hv bn in csr with organizatiins like the orphanage. They culd threaten to cease all support etc Still, it was a bit rushed.
if hes born in another world how does he even get revenge. unless the guy is also in this world, however if hes going to be an op guy I hope he uses his powers well. either way time to see if I'm lied to about him being op since that's what everyone seems to be doing lately. well bit of ranting, however I will say very good start seems hes very smart and stuff however I guess after this he will be a little more reserved/lazy
