Rayven won’t be able to send her away. I hope he will understand she has literally nowhere to go. I hope he sees the mark on her wrist, and she will tell him what happened. As much as his mind wants to turn her way, that pesky heart of his just won’t let her go to be used and abused. Angelica needs help; Rayven won’t be able to deny her. Rayven:
Well. Ok. Its a love story. We know they'll end up toghether. We want them toghether. I myself would be inclined to him if I were Angelica because he treats her differently (although no necessarily in a good way), because he’s different, because he reads, because he's an unsolved mistery, writes poems and because behind his mask of hatred you can sense his pain, because he's a mystery and he's tormented... That said, it is also important to point out that it’is easy and a classic to romanticize the tormented type and that that isn't necessarily a good thing because more often tan not this type ends up being pretty damaging…Seems to me that we seem to forget how much of an a**hoe Rayven is because we’re so set on him already…. Anyway, I believe Rayven is coherent, and we are all are as optimistic as Lucrezia. The fact that he's been hiding for days in order to blacken his heart is more consistent with who he is than anything else we'd be wishing for... Me, I was just hoping that he'd be fighting the shades somewhere, held by the sisters or in peril in order to justify the fact that he didn't came to aid her even when she was at he brothel. I still believe that, had he known, it would've been too much for him. More than he could force himself to take. Best option and specially most consistent one is the one here. He doesn't know because he doesn't wanna know. And, as I said before, boy is he gonna feel guilty later on... For the time being the only thing I'm sure about is that he isn't gonna be able to sleep tonight. Is he gonna manage to leave her be, all soaked and her feet bleeding? He has her little box with the herbs after all... And if she gets a fever?... I guess then he’ll find himself with not excuse to throw her out or with yet another excuse to not be able to do so… So, will he go back to his room or come back to help her? will he notice the mark in her hand or will she have to show it to him? I’m so looking forward to reading the chapters to come!!!
