I'm a bit confused about the population and strength of the Eastern Continent as it seems like they are all weak without their formation even after saying that the Eastern Continent has more qi so they are naturally stronger than any other continent. Apart from Alex and his family I can't recall any other 'HUMAN' in the southern continent's army, so please Author-San what is going on
Most are strong, but Alex's array makes it so that most of the stronger ones are forced to form their own array to keep up with them. if they decide to fight arrayless, they will die immediately. also the strength of Southern Continent soldiers have improved significantly thanks to Alex's alchemy improvement there, making the army at least in general stronger than regular cultivators.
