MC has only been sent by the army to environments he can manage. There'd be no point sending him to his death. The strong on Nitis were pretty hands off, only appearing to stop the extinction of their race and the couple wars he fought the ennemies were weak enough that the army didn't need to deploy their elites. There were a handful of tier 3 and a tier 4 to date I think. Nitis Elder was probably evolved.
