Comments of chapter undefined of Harry Potter: The New Dark Lord

Thanks for the chapter, this fic is quite good, though I don't understand why they said the incantation with the spell? (just for show?) And whatever that was with saying the name of the destination to apparate. They're adults, they can cast silently, I'd have understood if it was important for the MC in some way but the spells he saw were kinda useless. I'm asking because I've read several fics where everyone always shouts every fucking spell they cast, including adults and super trained MCs, and now I worry every time I see too many unnecessary incantations. Also two more things: is there going to be a magical core? will he somehow be able to shape his mindscape into some nonsense fortress or maze or whatever?
