why does this fell like reading moshuke tensei manga

This is too rushed, you should take your time to introduce the characters and part of the world in his time as a baby, like mushoku tensei did, otherwise it would have been better if you just reincarnated him directly at the age you wanted to start setting the world and plot, that way everything wouldn't feel rushed like now

Far too passive and all adults know that all a child needs to do is nag enough this isn't realistic at all.

Aside from some grammatical mistakes,a fine start,i must say.

A baby only needs like 6-13 months before they can walk definitely not 3 years, at 3 years old most children are running around everywhere being rather hyperactive. beyond that good job, and thanks for the chapter
