Well, if you make a 4 dimentional graph representing how space changes with time, you will see the lines curve, compressing space towards the center of gravity. In case you're wondeing if this compression would mean stuff inside grows smaller, that isnt the case: other fundamental forces can lock particles in their position. How does that work? Idk, ask an expert in relativity, or something. Well, back to the fact that space compresses, if you got the image, you should notice that the space around the center is "moving" towards it: that is gravity. There is no force that keeps us on the ground, it is space that moves "downwards" dragging with it its contents. If space moves down, yet we "stay in place" we experince an upward acceleration, thus the feeling of weight. How can space move/compress relative to the objects within it? Idk, thats just the most correct representation I could getafter exploring the topic for a long time. There are many things that could make this representation feasible, specially if you realize that moving time and space variables in relativity's equations can lead to versatile results: I have seen some yt arguing that the time dialation caused by gravity leads to the force as we know it. Which actually makes sense, if you do your own reasoning with the aid of some equations, you can find that dialating time can cause gravity, just like the mainstream equations say that gravity dialates time. Why am I explaining all of this? Well, I guess it would be interesting to point out that gravity hability, if it were thought of with real world physics (mercy on this one, if my thoughts are wrong, I am not a physicist), is derived frpm control over space, time or both.
