So now that MCs is gunning for the throne , you won't go full racist or supremacist here right?? In the name of Nationalism trying to shame other countries, Japan tends to be the favourite target with Japanese men being portrayed as Arrogant, perverted dumbassesđđ.
I don't think he'll lose his head to power as he has already had the power to do what he wants and get away with it and still doesn't, plus not every king was a bad one there was a lot of kings who was generous with their subjects even holding a celebration with gold cups for everyone. Plus as he wants to establish a faction having those that are willing to serve is better than ruling with an iron fist, if not cases like Lilith going off to start a new faction would be all the more happening; she has made it clear she wants no part of her past faction
i honestly think bingxue should tone down her overconfidence a bit. putting aside her irritating "ice cold super beauty" personality. ( i know there will be char developement but i personally find this kind of personality annoying and not likable at all) anyway, although she is strong, there are several ppl as strong like chen he and that big dude with the hammer or stronger than her (aside from zemin as he is a bit overpowered), just like that rap*st from like 90 chaps ago or smth i cant remember, that dude was so close in killing bingxue and the other 2 with her if it werent for zemin. and btw the ppl in the comments are asking for zemin to open up to her and the others while we dont literally know anything about her except her prejeduce against men and some serious trust issues. another thing is in what kingdom/ dynasty could the king just let some ARCHDUKE "leave with her loved ones if he goes mad with power"? If they are forming a powerful kingdom/empire then can you understand what an archduke power reperesents? her own force/followers which would be one of the strongest forces in the kingdom, and she would literally know mostly everything about the kingdom which could be used against them later if she joined another faction or smth. and also in the basics of forming a kingdom is trust between its high ranking noble and she gives him a condition based on her mistrust of him in front of all those ppl that he is supposed to rule and he accepts it with a smile? sry but that's not realistic at all lol, and besides would he give the same treatment to other archdukes? or only her? because if that happens then that wouldnt be a kingdom and if not then he is giving her privelages for no reason at all. *Im not attacking the novel btw, its my fav novel on this platform im just listing some annoying facts i don't like that's all"
I hope that Zemin starts to open up and trust a few people close to him. Itâs kind of confusing, he fought with and protected Bing Xue and Wijun yet still wonât open up or trust them, when heâs awake đ¤ˇââď¸. I know the timeframe is short, but itâs been a lot of chapters and he still has no real relationships other than with Lilith and thatâs still a bit hollow. Itâll be nice when he doesnât seem so emotionless and dead inside and starts acting a bit more human.
This is IT!! This is what I have been looking for!! This is what seporates a stone mason and a sculptor!! Both work hard but one works the stone in a completly different way. We have already confirmed immorality, We have an amazing mc with great if not perfect support, and we have a system made by the mc that fixes the one major flaw a dynasty would have in this world. (That would be the corruption from many leaders and ideals changing places over many generations.) The author has used these tropes to create something that can peirce the skys and stand the test of time. With life, death, hope, reason, and logic as their tools. The setting, system, and people as the stone. The author has made something truly fantastical. Live long and prosper. đ
honestly I wouldn't be surprised if bing xue is in the closet, and if she is I don't look down on it, cause China is pretty radical in some ways still. super xenophobic, homophobic, racist etc. (like they're even racist against other ethnic groups that have been living in China along side the Han population for thousands of years.)
how would slavery even work? how would you enslave an evolver? does he have enough high level people he can spare to watch over a bunch of slaves? the nobility system is okay I guess, it's inherently unbalanced though, especially for a world where people gain super powers instead of money since that sort of system relies on wealth and influence and quickly breaks down when physical power is applied. it would mean that the "king" would have his hands full all the time slapping down individuals who gain power, leave, and come back to get revenge for whatever. or just want to take a noble title from someone who is now weaker than them.
