so I have two theories: One being the first generation of evolvers is a bit easier since it was either fight or die. Once the sheep got protected once they get used to it and it becomes more difficult to stop being sheep. Two they see that people successfully killed zombies and also get told how slow they are and that killing them is easy. So that should counteract point 1. All in all it depends on the people how they develop from here on.
