The more I think about it, the more it feels like this whole Kimberley-Dawn thing is all made up by someone whose intention is to bring Lu to come to realize about her stand with Tom. And it points to Tom himself since he told Harry that he came up with a crazy plan before he went to the other country. I mean, Tom was crazy enough to woo Lu in such a way then, he's also crazy enough to create a fake "daughter" to make Lu wanna marry him. Sounds legit?

Well it’s a relief to see that Lucy is steadfast in her desire to be with Tom. That regardless she values him and their relationship. Seems like she is evaluating her stance on marriage too.
