Usually they don't become biz partners because of certain characters/traits of a person, it's because of biz needs/opportunities/prospect. Professionalism is required in biz dealings and now it has crossed the line to personal dealings because of Mia.

Or did he see her and choose to marry her? Is her family indebted to him, hence they are on his side? What was the dynamics of their relationship? You need to know if it's just a case of an egoistical husband too proud to admit that he has lost his wife because of his wickedness, or if it's a case of an obsessed crazy husband. You may know Henry well, but I don't think you know Tom and Harry well enough to be able to compare them.
