Comments of chapter undefined of The Eager Dimension Hopper (SCP)

Wouldn't removing the process of removing SCPs that are intending to cause worldly chaos make the world less chaotic? Like without the flesh that hates there's less of a threat and less chaos. The only ones in chaos currently are the SCP foundation scrambling to handle a person that's cleaning up world-class threats. The general public isn't aware of it to begin with so its absence doesn't mean anything. Same with the 3 witches, there's less people being tortured for years. They are inflicting less chaos.
