I hope that Fujin & Kakashi establishes a good friendship. Fujin should develop a "Medical Fuinjutsu Seal" for Kakashi that allow him to seal his Sharingan & unseal it with a single hand sign. The sealed Sharingan should look like a Blind White Eye & shouldn't consume Kakashi's Chakra. This should result in Kakashi having a lot more Chakra & the freedom to use his Jutsu arsenal more effectively. During the training period-arc, both Fujin & Kakashi should be sent to infiltrate Iwakagure & Kumogakure to steal scrolls for these Jutsus:- (1) Lightning Armour Chakra Mode (B-Rank) (2) Black Lightning (B-Rank) (3) Hell-Stab (A-Rank) (4) Light Weight Rock Technique (B-Rank) (5) Added Weight Rock Technique (B-Rank) (6) Earth Golem (B-Rank) Both Shinobi should try to learn & master these above Jutsus by Helping each other. Obviously, Fujin should act that as his Lightning release isn't as good as Kakashi's, he'll just focus on the Earth-Release Jutsus. After 3-years of Practice, Kakashi should be able to Master all the 6 Jutsus & create "Purple Lightning" by merging the techniques of Chidori & Hell-Stab. Purple-Lightning should be stronger that Chidori (Blue-lightning) but weaker than Raikiri (White Lightning), but can be controlled in a far greater manner in comparison to both Jutsus. Chidori should require a 2-Tomoe Sharingan & Raikiri should require a 3-Tomoe Sharingan whereas Purple Lightning can be used without any Sharingan.

Now that I think about it, Fujin should learn a hundred seal from the sunade

Fujin still has something to go before he can reach Madara's level. I don't think the accumulation of jutsus is enough for him to break this barrier, I don't think it's the sage mode because it's just a temporary power, it has to be something that renews his base.
