I really like the story, but the chapters are just too short, it feels like too little is happening in one chapter, it frustrates me a little.

Fujin doesn't need dojutsu in my opinion, most of his eye powers can be made using ninjutsu techniques, although Fujin doesn't need keke genkai, I think it's more for keke genkai like gravity or telekinesis with wind and thunder are made. For example, Obito's Kamui power can be made in the form of a space sword ninjutsu that has a similar function.
