I'm genuinely confused, what does the protagonist need an organization to be useful to him? The only thing that comes to mind is using this organization to get a lot of money or political influence to buy those training crystals

I don’t think this novel needs army or kingdom building. None of that is in naruto, or any manga that isn’t niche, complicated, and LONG. I like how your in the same world but telling a whole different story. Im not saying you shouldn’t add new characters but keep the story personal. It has been FANTASTIC so far.

This is so random, in shinobi world individual strength is the most important why do he even need organization. Other strong people only made organization because they have totally different goals like hashirama wanted peace, pain wanted to bring pain to 5 nations and collect baiju etc... MC dont have any of those but wanting to make an organization because of a random though feels so weird.

Like the other comments are saying, he really doesn't have any need too create an organization, bc he truly doesn't have any grand goal, the only interest he showed till now is only getting stronger, he doesn't have anyone to protect, he only cares about himself! The heck he doesn't have any friends, or a love interest, it's like he lacks basic human emotions. If author says he's a robot I would believe one hundred percent.
