I know he has good relationship with his uncle Jamie ( father) and also has good relationship with Uncle Tyron but for his mother it might be like good but not close , remember Cersei is always spoiling Joffery and even though she has a good relationship with her other children but they weren’t close because she focuses on Eldest so she can have good control on him
