they are waiting for the right time. it wouldn't impact much right now and AFP could go into PR control quickly. would be easier to create a few incidents first to attack AFP credibility and then release the video when people are already doubting them.

if they released it early Lucifer will be easily identifiable and apf may/will catch him first. Once variants got lucifer under them, they will release the video and bad reputation on existing system. They may put emphasis on fact that lucifer is saviour couple's son.Thhen Lucifer can be easily made their best weapon by using the video for him. variants will then manipulate him into working for them by showing their parents details of death/disappearance.

is everyone dumb just use some logic and realize that if they release that video people will start seeing what happened to lucifer and try to help him and show him the good in people and even if people join the uprising what can they do against an overpowered mc and also before they send the torture video to the public they need to fully brainwash lucifer so he will never doubt them again

hmm I don't know but my guts is telling me that the fifth leader of the dark variant uprising has something to do with Lucifer.I don't know maybe ...just voicing out my opinion

They haven't released it to protect him. My guess, if they do release it, it will be reactionary to his information becoming publicly circulated.

The Uprising didn't release the video because they need Lucifer in their side and they probably guessing that he is a quadruple awaken. The higher up of the Uprising are currently finding him and once they got Lucifer and that's when they'll release the video. Once the video spread, the citizens will Identify who's Lucifer is, then the Uprising will get an upper hand. The reputation of the APF (and government)will fall. As for APF they didn't release it because they didn't know where Lucifer is, and also they're thinking that once they release the video, people will question their authority and might lose trust of their own people. Maybe some members of the APF, Government, etc (feeling righteous side) will betrayed them and join/create an organization for the injustice. Also the APF doesn't know the reason why this people experimenting on kids, is it for personal reason? or for the sake of the humanity? - I don't know what to say anymore - Pardon my English 😅 - If I'm close then use the name KAYDEN or a lastname SPADER (my favorite actor is James Spader lol)

I think the varient uprising didnt release it YET... cuz they want to turn him to there cause before letting the hole world know about there possible ace in the hole.... they are probably waiting for Lucifer to cause more mayhem let him be more known and are waiting for the ADF to fail epicly in stopping him or for when the ADF try and make up some lie about who Lucifer is and why he is doing it which at that point variant uprising will probably do a big push against the ADF.

I Can only say they wanted APF to think that Lucifer alone acts on his own for vengeance and uprising has no idea about Lucifer at all. While APF targets Lucifer , uprising can set an ambush and recruit Lucifer as well Then release the video and let the world knew that uprising was right
