In reference to your author's note: Codes are Paths though, if your earlier description was accurate (from a couple of chapters ago). Or at least whatever is past a Path is a code (since you have some similar naming sense between novels). This novel feels more like 'Law of Duality: Explained', with constant references to different types of duality as an analogy. I like it, so def continue as is. I like being made aware of the high level stuff early, even if not fully explaining everything, but giving the reader enough to make connections for when the really abstract stuff gets mentioned later on. I really like your descriptions for these high concept depictions of foundational building blocks of the universe.
