I still don’t understand why the main character acts like a 10 year old when he is really almost 30. Also the goat is his second mom thing is super weird choice.

author is a sensible person. author knew some, if not most, people will be down, sad or angered about the torture chapters so author made this touching and warm chapter to cheer up those people.

He should love Ella more than you lady, you’re a stranger who abandoned him. Obviously other people where you are have their children with them, but only you arent allowed to keep a child? Pfft. You’re just lucky the MC was too soft to actually feel what most in his situation would’ve felt and gave you a free pass. He shouldnt have rolled over that easy when he doesn’t even know the excuse as to why she abandoned him yet.

Very cute side chapter! Totally worth reading.

I think this is supposed to be touching and all, but I was laughing half of the chapter reading about his "warm" family and how "happy" he is, as well as how he is the "luckiest" little boy in the world. It feels more like a joke chapter than anything else.

This was written with more real feelings and thoughts than many of the great classics ever did. To the writer well written and having such insight into this situation. You know first hand and thank you for putting this into words. Few writers are this good.
