He was throwing himself into combat training with Christian and upping his own exercise routine in the hopes of being able to either beat or bypass any obstacle in his way.

just thought of something. if at some point you hit a bottleneck or completed everything on paper you have for the current story line and dont know where to go with it. just take all the main characters we love(assuming everyone is pretty much immortal) and make em sleep/coma for a thousand years and completely change the setting/world scene .like.world went back to the stone age/fantasy world(prefered) or go the sci-fi plantatery travel route. if theres gods/creatures older then 5000 years then there's more then just the modern world is what im saying.the characters seeing vlad/gods/other side characters after a 1000 year time skip timeskip. i think its a pretty cool idea.

(theory) the mother only focuses so much on connections and influential family's bc shes helping with the rebellion(not cuz she is greedy or what the mc said) and is in fact trying to protect the family. thus seems distance and like she never sees her warrior son. instead the father and mother both separated responsibilities(warrior father-warrior MC and political mother-political son) making her seem like a terrible mother. or i could be wrong and she's evil af. who knows
