dude, again? As an author of 10 years with no finished books, I understand your struggle. But as a reader I have to say that your books have not been that bad. The problem I see in your work is that you make your characters too OP too easily and quickly. One tip that I've found helps is to figure out the end before you figure out the beginning. Then you know where you wanna go, and once you know that you just gotta figure out how you want the character to get there and what lesson(s) you want to teach by that journey. What will the character learn, what will your readers learn from that? How long will it take for them to get to that desired end? Trust me, everything I've worked on since I learned that has been a lot better even though my ADHD makes it almost impossible to finish the books. I'm still planning one book and it's going to be pretty good when I actually work on it.
