Does it have to be Naruto what if he made others like one piece or dragon ball does he get those powers , and what if he reached his knowledge from the canon can he make up new characters with op powers just to get them and if he did do they become real and attack the Naruto world

I like the idea but it should have just been a Mangaka reborn in Naruto drawing lots of different stories like one piece but it still works.
