I don't get it. What's with all that heat? Extremis produces heat by making use of the part of the gene pool that doesn't interpret into a trait, and has no function. Super soldier serum unlocks the full potential of human body, in this case, a body that has been modified using Lizard serum. So this serum created by the combination of three shouldn't have been able to produce enough heat to melt the room, unless you're adding Hulk serum into the mix. I think author may have confused it with sentry serum.
