most ppl use teleportation power in a simple way, just teleport from A to B. here is a little trick, if he can create portals. create smaller ones around his limbs hands & feets to send an 'unexpected' punch or kick at a blind point where he/she can't defend against it, or simply a weapon like a knife by throwing it into a small portal and make anothet behind the target to deal with it effectivly, this could be used fpr any ranged weapon such as firearms. another use is to make a portal around a part of his target then close it, which would cut the said part effectively dealing damage to the target. can use it on head to separate it from body resulting on death of the target
