bro, I was waiting for some big plans that maybe was overshadowed long time ago, but all I get is a waste in the form of an extended rating game with a low character being unecessary buffed, plus there is nothing to gain from this. I don't even understand your MC, he is totally random, and sometimes do stupid things when he is considered super smart. you can't write a smart character if you aren't smart yourself, because the characters can only be as smart as their maker, unfortunitly to show that your MC is smart instead of actually making him smart, you are making everyone else dumb or force something to happen to show that MC is smart when it doesn't make sense. you messed everything, plus you smashed the crossover in a very chaotic and random way. you messed the timeline, characters age, everyone's intelligence, and described MCs random whims as big brain plans, all I see is an edgelord with no actual personality getting things he doesn't deserve, it was stupid and overkill already to have MC interfer with rating game, but adding Welt? completely unecessary, like MC couldn't oneshot/solo Riser and his Peerage (not pierage) with all the powers he have, Riser and his little harem shouldn't even make Otto use more than 1% of his power, beside interfering in the rating game only because he meet rias for a few minutes years ago!?! its like being a. adult who is hanging around little kids, bro the guy is the leader of an organisation and should be one of the strongest in the world, but here he is wasting time hanging around kids playing highschool kid instead of having actual plans, he come all the way from germany to a tiny town in japan to play highschool with teen devils. bro he is in the league of factions leaders and pantheon heads, but still mess around kids. I tried finding anything worthy about this story but nothing, I kept reading despite you butchering Otto and butchering Honkai Impact characters... I wish you luck but this ain't for me, just want to point that you should decide on what's your MC's goal, and what is the endgame for this story. where is this going? what is your plot (beside just following the original when it doesn't benefit you anyway)

also Endurance goes to James absolutly, all the things he survived and pulled through, overshadow any that is shown in The Boys, so Stormfront and even Homelander tire before Wolverine.

Stormfront only have a 'slim chance' at defeating 'not killing' him could be 1% chance for all it matters, about John sinking him or flying him to space, James won't just sit idly and let the guy carry him comfortably, the moment they make such a close contact and for a long duration, James can easily cut off a limb or even the head, maybe pierce the brain or the heart. just to show you that if James get a chance he can easily win, so John can only relay on his speed to pull hit-and-run tactic, or use his magic eyes from distance. the way I see it, is that if a fight betwern them happen there is a 50% chance James will be defeated 'again not killed', and 50% chance John will be defeated OR killed 'Its a huge advantage to be able to kill the enemy, while he/she is unable to do the same.' so anyone other than Homelander, will be negative-low-mid difficulty for Wolverine. except The Deep, he alone solo Marvel & DC, afterall The Deep carry The Boys verse.

Skills, Experience, Durability(due to adamantium skeleton), IQ & Battle IQ, Hax (claws made of the most durable and sharpest alloy/metal capable of cutting through even atoms, plus absurd regenerative healing factor 'will be more absurd since there is no adamantium poisioning', and superhuman physique & senses) this things make him hard to defeat, the only ones who may have a shot at defeating him is Homelander & probably Stormfront, but killing him is nigh-impossible with the ridiculous healinh factor.

as easy as a wet paper. adamantium is the hardest and sharpest metal in Marvel, it can even cut atoms and the bonds between them, and supes aren't that much impressive, it can easily cut through The Hulk. Wolverine with his healing factor, plus indestructible adamantium skeleton is basically unkillable.
