hopefully the &quote problem will only be for this chapter & will return to the proper symbols ( " ) for the beginning & the end of people speaking as having &quote everywhere makes reading the story very difficult. also, i hope the author makes up his/her mind where the story is set as i really can't tell as it keeps bouncing from one to the other, is it China or Britain?
