Honestly, this has the highest chance of being picked and I don’t have any problems with that. This is a good novel compared to most of the other pokemon rip-offs. Plus, Purple Jade is too cute! It’d be a pity if she just disappears under the mountain of unpicked trial read books.

The only problem that I have had so far is how the mc addresses his pet purple jade. I mean constantly calling it buddy? I mean she is female not a male so constantly calling her familiarly with a masculine sounding way. With them meant to be soul connected, to me makes it even more wrong? Since she is female it should be addressed as such and maybe even have a nickname. Maybe even just being addressed as purple. It fits way more, flows better and is more pleasing to read. Hope this makes sense?
