What about doing a Rumble team? Like, you start at the most popular Street Rumble, then you get out there, going to every rumble, but every rumble you take the best player. The thing is, the best player has to defeat the best player from another district. This way, people from another district will pay to see any player. And you can even gather a team with all the best players, and at the end of each year you do a championship with these players, it could be a 1v1 and a 5v5. You can also use that player to promote the Rumble, giving some sort of sponsorship, etc. Another option, though much harder, is to send the best player from each Rumble to a higher category.. it's dangerous because there could be repercussions, like players hurting the younger and all that.. but it also could be fun..
