dear author soak your hand in warm water mixed with a little bit of salt ........may be it will help i am not a doctor but this method has been told to me by my granny.........it quite good if it still doesn't work then place a mild scented soap near your bed while sleeping .............. these are two easy remedies at home you can do ....and can be effective if it is just a little muscle pain........ nevertheless you should consult the doctor hope you'll get well soon 🙂
haha........okkkk.....take rest for a while till your wrist get better........and to reduce the pain play volleyball regularly....it will surely work........in the starting it will hurt but eventually reduces the pain and make your wrist more firm and strong....[img=recommend]

Dear author, why is your wrist hurting? Is it because you are writing too much or typing very fast? Or do you play any sort games that puts pressure on the wrist??! if it is bcoz of writing, then please slow down. We, your loyal readers aren't running anywhere. Your health comes first. If it is because of games, then do it after you recover. You can apply some balm or try compresses and please take a rest🥺🥺
dear author 💜apply some hot mustard oil on ur wrist and massage it for a good 3-4 min 🤓 then with slow moments try to rotate it halfway clockwise anticlockwise it will be affective 😎 it can ouccer due to bad sleeping habits (like me who sleeps like a pig)😂 when u apply pressure to ur hand while sleeping it hurts like hell 😢the next day it's common for me to even get whole body pain 😆
